Communication in a work community covers the goals of the work community, its strategies, plans, actions, service, economy, decisions and the changes it faces. Communication gives access to more information and knowledge, increases understanding and the sense of fellowship. The purpose of internal communication, is to keep the employees of the work community aware of the organization’s values, strategies and visions. The aim of experimentation-driven innovation is to create new, innovative products and services, and to develop better ways to work in organizations. This is achieved by implementing the raw ideas into action in a fast phase and by developing them further or rejecting them. The goal of this thesis was to develop practical experiments to enhance the internal communication in co-operation with the work community. The aim was to develop the implementation of internal communication within the target work community. The objective of the thesis was to explore the current state of internal communication within the work community. The thesis was carried out as an action-based research activity by conducting an initial survey and by working in workshops by taking advantage of participatory methods if applicable. In the future, it would be interesting to explore how the internal communication and the culture of experimentation-driven innovation practices have developed in the work community and whether the experiments on internal communication have been utilized....
